I love LA, but sometimes I get lost with the extensive recurring cast... I don't remember every agent who ever showed up within the show
(But he seemed to be a nice guy, so I may end up looking for his first episode at LA...)
BTW did they say anything about Harm being absent from the ship? Did he switched for the San Diego office, or we don't know yet...
