I am also talking about ethical treatment of employees that take part in the production of the items when I say fully cruelty free. Like something can be called cruelty free even if not vegan, as you mentioned, vegan products can also come from practices that violate labor laws (just as non vegan products can of course). So if Kaley is defining her clothing purchases as cruelty free, I hope she's also researching companies she buys from and makes sure their employees aren't grossly overworked/aren't children.
