I shipped Amy and Ephram in the Pilot...the moment I saw the two of them interact and Amy told Ephram that she liked his purple hair. In that moment I knew that this was the "It" couple and even though both Ephram and Amy annoyed the heck out of me from time to time and even thought obstacles were constantly being thrown at them....I knew this was a couple that was meant to be and I loved them from the beginning!
