Yup! They almost all finish at the same time. HTGAWM around February and This Is Us/Will & Grace around that time too but much later because they have 18 eps per season.
The 22 ep shows finish around April or May. So really the actors on these shows are busy most of the year and only have about 3-4 months of vacation every year.
