From May 18, 2011: Kirk Acevedo 'to play reduced Fringe role'
Kirk Acevedo reveals that he will only star in a few episodes of Fringe's fourth season.
"All I know is they do want me back [on Fringe]," Acevedo told TV Line. "It's a great group of guys over there."
Discussing his on-screen partner Seth Gabel (Lincoln Lee), he added: "Seth is such a good guy. I talk to him all the time."
However, Acevedo confirmed that his new commitment to Prime Suspect could prevent him from returning to Fringe for most of next season.
"I can only, contractually, do maybe three or four [ Fringe episodes]," he admitted.
