Of course there are alternatives, but I wonder if Toby is tempted by those - and if his promise to Happy might influence his choice.

I had no idea anything like that would be held in Las Vegas - I thought Vegas was all about casinos? I would have thought Toby should try to avoid going anywhere near there, although whether he can avoid temptation is another matter. I'm sure Happy would have a pretty strong opinion on the subject!
There's definitely a good Quintis story to be had there, though - maybe I'll add it to my list of 'things to write when I have loads of free time?'
