My mentor/life coach for helping me through a very difficult situation this past Monday. I called her on the phone. She didn't answer and then texted her. Normally I just call and leave a voicemail, but because I didn't and texted her to call me when she was free she knew it was an emergency. Once we connected she talked me out of doing something stupid. She doesn't know she became my life coach, but it happened quickly this past weekend.
