Exactly, she's the victim, of law enforcement too, she was manipulated by law enforcement. She went through a traumatic experience and it affected her forever, she lost her sense of smell and still suffers some side effects from her brain injury.

Yup since I know that I remember that there are cop doc that focus on NYC, half of them are dirty during 80/90, so I'm not surprising that they would get away since the cop doc was pretty good, but damn..
