The past 2 evenings we've had massive thunderstorms. I've got a guy who is supposed to seal my deck but he can't do it if it's going to rain within 2 days, and once it has rained he as to wait 48 hours for the wood to dry out enough. Which means we need a 4-day period of no rain. The only time we've had that ALL spring was the week his grandson was visiting.
