I believe it's been a long while since they did.... but it's just DC... they just pay the most obvious characters more attention. It's been awhile since I read in the Captain Atom stuff... probably should check it out soon. lol See if anything recent came out...
However DC wasn't doing much with Black Lighting as well until they gave him his tv series so it's still a chance for Captain Atom.

Well, DC got Captain Atom and Blue Beetle from Charleston Comics after they went bankrupt. I hope Captain Atom makes a comeback.
