I think that would have been a good way to start it, but I don't think Cordelia ever would have gotten involved with someone she didn't think was on the right side. I think that Lindsey would have had to have left W&H & proved that he was on the right track before she would give him a chance - but we'd get some good romantic tension in the build up to that
