Ugh, I was so tired after work, I went into bed at 5 pm Ns woke up at 8 pm
no idea why I’m so tired like that, I even had a lot of coffee 8 in the morning!
Yum, love tacos, someone at work had 3 yummy shrimp tacos at our work meeting lunch. I had seafood linguini. I had a self proud moment cause I felt like I did well at being in casual conversations with my colleagues today.
I didn’t feel anxious or uncomfortable like I used to cause of my ASD traits and a new med, it’s working for me and I had a good work day!
