There was a leaked photo of Starfire in the outfit during the first season. They were going to have her be in her official costume during the first season then decided to do it for season two.  Hopefully it lives up to expectations!

Saw some of the leaked pics, and i like her hair, the new suit seems ok, just still not a fan they keep beastboy and starfire white and black instead of green and orange, I mean I know painting actors is a bit time consuming, but other shows have done such things before and I don't see why Titans couldn't do that too.
Interesting news btw, Iain Glenn will play bruce wayne on the second season.
