I feel bad for them. Dany isn't like the other Targaryens and it's going to bother her that they're related. Not as much as it's going to bother Jon, especially since he's higher up in the succession than she is. He'd probably give her the throne or share it, but it's a huge obstacle for them. Incest is the only issue I have with this couple. Sure, it's not like Jaime/Cersei, but these two do care about that stuff.
