| Welcome to the Book Board (Please Read and Respond Before Posting)
Hey everyone, I'm Angel, mod of the Book board. I just wanted to take the chance to say hi.
It seems that there are a lot of guests floating around and I want to encourage you to join Fan Forum. It doesn't cost you a dime, it's a great place to make friends and hang out with cool people and talk about things that you love.
Anyway, a couple of rules for the board, which are pretty much the same as fan Forum's rules.
1. No "Bashing" threads: If you say, "I don't like so and so's style of writing because he includes too much detail and I get bogged down," that's okay. But if you create a thread saying, "OMG! SO-AND-So SUX!" Then we're going to have some problems.
2. Duplicate threads will be merged. Please look and see if there's already a Stephen King thread before making one, or any other thread for that matter. If you're not sure, PM me and I'll check for you.
3. No cursing, insults towards other FF members, Yelling (total caps, unless you're excited, and then only in moderation please).
4. No spam, I don't care what you're selling, promoting, or showing me, I probably have two already.
If anyone has any problems with the rules, come talk to me before you break them. If you do it in reverse I'm going to report you anyway.
Once again, welcome to the book board, I'm sorry that end part had to sound so mean, but we really are a friendly place. I'll try to put links to all our boards here and everything like that as well. Feel free to post here, say hi, tell us a little about yourself, and enjoy your time on the Book Board. |
