I think Surprise and the Christmas episode gave us some of the best cliffie scenes from season 2 and for season 3 there was Chant Down Babylon and Who Died and Made You King. There's probably more but those had some of my favorite scenes in those seasons and of course the ones you already mentioned from season 1.
