Hmm, I don't have a favorite Niylah scene, but I loved her in 4x05 and 4x06, when she helped Clarke to save Octavia.
Then she had the beautiful scene with Clarke in Clarke's bedroom
And she cared about Ilian, when Geoff Hardy an his lynch mob tried to kill Ilian.
Plus she gave Jaha the decisive indication with her grounder phrase to find a flamekeeper and to find the bunker.
