I don’t think I’ve ever actually taken much notice of the look on Octavia’s face as Bellarke hug in 2x05. But she knows her brother and has probably known him keep people at a distance his whole life due to having to keep her a secret. And she just watches him hug Clarke like,
Yeah, I see it now, big brother: You’re falling in love.
