People tend to blame Red for everything. Liz did pretend to die without her speaking to Tom, so Red realized afterwards that not everything he believed to be true was that. He turned away from his principals just so Dembe would save Tom from the mistakes he was making. Aram wanted to get rid of the horrible feeling about killing Elise so he decorated his apartment. Ressler talked to Aram about how much a murder can change the way you feel about yourself. It even happened to some Cabal members. Red was furious about that blacklister that who tried jumping out of the airplane when Dembe was talking.
