Wow, THAT was an intense episode.
although or maybe because it was "just" an on-call episode it just blew me away. entertaining and thrilling from start to finish.
i am just glad they didn't let kelly lose another girlfriend.
and i really felt for otis seeing the mother and her child like that. no wonder he was shocked hours after the call.
