I'm totally in love with Pacey, but it's more a Josh thing; however, Josh does have a way of making you see the character rather than the actor who plays them, so I guess technically I'm in love with Pacey Witter.
And we know there are a hell of a lot more than 17 moments he made our hearts flutter.
