I would say that is probably more suited for the Rumors and Speculations Thread, as it's not official news, it is only one person's opinion and article/tweet. When I first saw it, I thought it was real, until i read the article, and was let down when it was only the author wants to happen (Josh in Star Trek). I do agree with him, however. I would love to see him in that project.
Funny how the article mentioned Fletch Won, though.

I'm the opposite I think it would be a bad move. Chris Pine in that role is loved and for someone to try to fill that role would be difficult, especially someone that is known. I think they would be better with an unknown. If he was to be in Star Trek I think he would be better suited as one of the other crew people and not Kirk.
