Did they not fuel him enough because of strategy and they thought they can at least put fuel on him later but then the rain came and then there wasn't enough time so he wasn't able to go out again? I feel like if he came out again, he would've been pole or P2.

Congrats to Lewis, Seb but most especially Ocon on P3. I'm lukewarm for the race later because if Lewis wins again, this season is over.
