I'm almost through season one and oy---I don't know. I get that this is a soap but boy can it be heavy handed sometimes. They like to talk a lot about how women are second class citizens when sometimes the actions are enough that it doesn't need to be said explicitly.
And these people are kind of annoying. Why doesn't Lidia just tell Francisco what the heck is going on since he seems clearly willing to help?
