I don't agree with you about that Caroline. in S1 Ressler was a stickler from procedure and yes all he cared about was his work but when he got shot in the leg by Anslo Garrick and ended up in the hospital and Audrey came around we saw that he loved her so much and yes their relationship ended because of Red but after Audrey got killed Ressler was so sad and angry and every since that he changed and he doesn't care as much about his job as he did before.
