Good luck with finding a place, Jen. I hope you can find a place that wont break you and that you can really enjoy.

I keep thinking that I would like to move into someplace where we don't have to do all of the upkeep to the yard because it is getting harder for us to do it but every place costs more than our house so I guess we will just stay here and hire a company to do the work. Just about everyone else in our neighborhood is doing it. Our neighborhood is old, built in 1960 which is when my parents bought the house and there isn't a neighborhood association fee so that is good. The bad thing is that it is almost paid for so it will probably start falling apart.

Opps, the most important reason for coming here was to welcome you and thank you for filling in.
