basically,
right now I'm paying 50 dollars a month for dental/vision insurance but I still have to pay some money out of pocket for every visit which could be quite a lot.
my health insurance is a couple hundred a month, don't know how much I have to pay every visit since I haven't been to the doctor yet.
your employer will give it to you but only if you work 40 hours a week so you have to be full time to get benefits which sucks for the people who can't work full time.
