I actually loved the eve story arc. But I can definitely see how others would hate it. I was a 12 year old boy and totally obsessed with dawsons Creek at the time. I just remember thinking she was hot lol but rewatching it later in life you can just feel the difference between the 1st 2 seasons and the rest of the series. That's when Kevin Williamson left the show and it started to have a whole new vibe. I remember reading an article about how the cast was losing faith in the writers and it was actually the pace Joey story arc that regained their trust. I've been watching the show young Americans with will krudski from season 3 a little bit this summer and it's made me want to go back and watch it. Im so glad new fans are finding the show.
