Comments: Kelso’s terrible at reading a girl’s signals – because he cares only about what he wants. For all her cartoonishness, however, Annette doesn’t sacrifice her needs for his desires, which is great. That’s a very positive side to her character, despite that its intended function is humor through the humiliation of Kelso, not to portray a strong woman.
