Probbaly true. It’s either going to be that or a huge wake-up call, but I’m not holding my breath for a wake-up call.
It was 5 seasons of tension between them culminating in that moment, too. It was amazing. The parallels between that scene and the scene where she was born in 1x06 . . . good lord, it was masterful.
