^ I know. I felt a bit sad for Darla in season 2 than I did for her in the 1800s though... in the 1800s I felt bad for Angel because he had a soul and he had this guilt and his whole life changed and he was haunted by everything he did and he didn't know what to do! And Darla was his whole world and she didn't want to be around him anymore for something that wasn't his fault.
In season 2, I felt for Darla because she wanted her Angelus back for over a century and didn't get him back.
