I cannot sit through ANY of the latest trilogy of Planet of the Apes movies without crying buckets of tears
The performances are so realistic in motion capture, and the dramatic moments with Caesar - whether he's getting ostracized in 'RISE', getting shot in 'DAWN' or basically sacrificing himself in 'WAR', I'm always so emotional and have tears running down my face. This trilogy is incredible.
Andy Serkis' performance as Ceasar and the journey this ape went through during these three movies will stay with me forever.
He was more powerful than most of what you would see on screen in non-CGI movies these days.
