I actually liked the helmet on his head! LOL! It was totally Sherlock! LOL!
I hope things with Michael don;t drag out too much.
Sherlock is not one to sit around, yes, but if he doesn't, he won;t get better. In the end he has to be the one to realize that rest is good. Joan can tell him this over and over until she is blue in the face, he'll know she's right, but Sherlock has to accept it. Though, that might be a while.
