When you’re a celebrity your stuff is going to wind up on the Internet. Shiri posted them because she wants people to see them. The workout videos also help promote that company. It’s a win win. Even if she made great blue ray quality workout videos I would not know how to make screen caps. I would have to learn. I have never made my own Insta story.
