OK...here is an idea I just thought up...
Stern, a version of CeCe in the SmallVille Universe... a no-nonsense serious, highly intelligent detective with steel-like bones and muscles to take down her enemies. Her secret is through her tough persona ... she still cares about people... especially children.
[I thought of Stern as a complete opposite of the CeCe who is kind, light, flexible, caring in nature, but both versions still care about kids]
