Andie: Do you know where we are?

Andie: We said no goodbyes.
Pacey: I don't want to say goodbye. I just want to look at ya... I wish I had some eloquent parting words for you but... all I could think of was this. Thank you. Thank you for everything... https://www.facebook.com/DCSource/po...33025216732407 …

This is why Season 3 is so problematic to me. Such incredible dialogue here, foreshadowing their epic reunion to come after Andie gets better, and we were duped out of that, all of it thrown away for a terrible off-screen fling that completely went against everything Andie was. I never bought that she would cheat on him.
They were totally committed to each other. The illness had brought them even closer together. The whole relationship had matured Pacey to the point where he broke down in tears in front of his abusive father and Andie's love for Pacey had actually re-ignited Pacey's father's love for him.
