I agree, and Zoe has already confirmed to return in GOTG3 and Avengers4, so Gamora will come back, they'll find a way to bring most of the "dead" characters back in the sequel. There's a theory going around that Gamora is still alive and that her soul is trapped in the soul stone, of course that's just a theory, but there's probably going to be some time travel in the next Avengers movie.
Gamora is 1 of my favorite characters in the MCU and I love her relationship with Peter, so for the couple's sake, I hope they both survive so they can have a happy future together!
