Well at least Clarke has learned never to trust these outsiders.
Season 1 Clarke may have tried finding a peaceful solution at first. I think protecting Madi has become a big factor, she’s dooesnt have time for the BS. I remember my own mother telling me that you’ll never understand a mother’s love and protection until you have your own children. Madi doesn’t biologically belong to Clarke but she belongs to her in all of the ways that matter.
