Sorry, responding to myself here, but I thought of an Abby Easter Egg in this episode. Really early on (the one with Ari in Autopsy - S1) Abby had nightmares about autopsy, refused to go down there, because she dreamed she'd get trapped in the fridges. I think it reoccurs later on in a different season too. In this episode it actually happens
