Besides 23 being a beautiful scene, it's basically an encyclopedia of how much Joey loves Pacey. I think that's a good idea for a survivor, was there also going to be a "Pacey loves Joey" Survivor in the future as well? Eh whatever, I'm addicted to Survivors now. I started doing the Guardians of the Galaxy Survivor on the Chris Pratt board. Dammit, y'all got me addicted to these things lol.
