If he can overcome the tragedy he's been through and come out of this as this person who refused to be broken by his circumstances, I think his story can indeed be seen as quite the hopeful one, especially since we've seen multiple characters just completely break but Bellamy is still around and he's still this wonderful guy trying to make the right decisions. Bellamy truly is my favourite.
