In the morgue, Ducky was examining a body which was found in the bottom of the ocean before it was stolen from the van. How it came to be that it showed up in a morgue down in the French-quarter was puzzling. Gibbs sent McGee to check if there was a way to help the next version of the programme needed. When the newest member of the team saw an unusual gleam, they quickly found out that there was a fire and acted quickly to show the people that they could save everyone. When Bishop was going to see the next victim, she discovered that the evidence was missing. When she alerted Gibbs to what the situation was intense feelings were being known to everyone. It had been a fluke that Gregorio found a piece of evidence which easily helped find the suspect and the case was soon solved. Callen and Sam delivered the news that everyone had been waiting for - that the next suspect had been found and was being transported back to interrogation at the boathouse. Once they had interrogated the suspect and confirmed that they were right, Pride organised a way for transport of the prisoners to a prison in Washington, where the officers waiting for the arrival. It was a serious occasion that everyone was waiting for but ended up being boring time that should have been optional but it wasn't. McGee was about to let them get away with stopping the team from enjoying a long weekend so they decided to ask if they were able to leave early. Vance did agree with him and let them go home early. Meanwhile, Gibbs told everyone that they would be having a party to celebrate the closure of the case as they were very excited
