Because they are changing how I pick up my prescription. Before all I had to do was phone the chemist and they would order it from the doctor and then I picked it up 2 days later. Now you actually have to go the doctors surgery just to order the prescription
And then pick it up from the chemist.
Reading that back it doesn't sound like a big deal
But I have to do it every 8 weeks - they won't give me more medication than that, and I have to do it all after work when I don't get home till after 5 most days. And of course they're not open on a weekend.
