I’ve always thought her decision to steal the bunker bore out of pure desperation and last resort. What pissed me off the most is that Clarke came up with that idea of sharing the bunker and no one wanted that. It was a fair solution and the grounders wanted nothing but war and death to decide. But then Octavia is suddenly the victor and the grounders want to play nice and see her as a savior because they suddenly will be spared despite losing the conclave. BS. I’ll always believe that they didn’t deserve anything. They wanted a battle, you take the consequence. If I were writing this, the grounders would’ve gotten the free spaces after Skaikru filled in.
But I’m anti grounder and I’ll never side with them.
