If Millie is paid 300K then I think that's fine. Third highest after Winona & David is okay.

That's true. It's only David & Winona who I know from the cast when we got S1.

I haven't seen most of his movies and weirdly enough, I remember him from HBO's The Newsroom even if he only had a minor role on the show.
