Hey!
Today is Matthew's 21st birthday. He doesn't like cake or sweets, so I got a small cake for the rest of us and I'm making him a "taco cake". I think he'll love that. I was hoping to pipe on Happy Birthday with either guacamole or sour cream, but I couldn't find a pastry bag. I'll try to use a plastic baggie, but I'm not sure how that might work. Wish me luck.
