my brother had some minor health issues at the end of last year/beginning of this one, mainly because he's a man in his early 40's, thinking he's still a teen/in his 20's
so, in January, he radically changed his eating habits = eating a lot less and a lot healthier, plus using "Nahrungsergänzungsmittel" that his doctor recommended
obviously, he had some pounds to lose, but damn, a girl can get issues since he already lost about 12kg since the beginning of the year
