It also reminded me of the movie Bedazzled it's also about this guy who has a crush and the devil gives him different scenerios, where he's rich, intellectual, sensitive, etc but things go wrong.
I do think it's relatable. I often thought if I was this way or that way the guy would like me more. I had to keep learning that lesson
