Joss might get a lot of credit for a lot of the good stuff in the BTVSverse but he's the main reason for why season 4 was as bad as it was... and if you need proof of that, just do your research. lol People shouldn't put personal feelings/agendas into storylines, and that's why he did in a very unprofessional matter. As I mentioned, if you need more about that, check your research on that.
Also, Tim Minear mentions many times how he really didn't get much authority after probably one of the best episodes of the series in "Lullaby" he was there but just not as involved as much.
I also was happy with that Gunn and Cordy reunion in season 5.
