Arrow will live another season maybe even two. Hell LOT is get a .4 in Supergirls 8pm time slot. That's a little worse at the 8pm hour than 9pm where CW has routinely struggled. However, the fact that CW is still branching out to Sunday nights proves how meaningless ratings are these days. While yes they'd love to see ratings higher CW also recognizes every network is struggling to keep shoes above 1.0.
